Send your order by mail in Japanese to info-order@otanishoten.jp

Upon receiving your order by email, we send a confirmation mail. If you do not receive a reply from us, there is a chance we did not receive your email. We accept payment by Paypal.

Shipping charges

EMS/airmail/SAL/surface mail costs + insurance fee

All overseas orders are shipped with insurance. 　* Orders shipped to countries for which other insurance is unavailable must be sent by EMS. In this case airmail, SAL and surface mail options will not be available. Packing costs are not charged.

Insurance fee: Orders up to 20,000 yen: 400 yen fee. Above this, 50 yen additional fee per 20,000 yen. 　　　　　　* For EMS only, insurance on orders of up to 20,000 yen is included in the EMS shipping charge.
